A Guide to Edible Flowers

Easy to grow, tasty to eat!

Nasturtiums (Tropaeolum majus) or “Nasties” are the quintessential edible flower. Known for their pungent, peppery flavour, they are a great addition to any salad. The blossoms can also be stuffed with avacado or cream cheese, or pickled and used in place of capers.

Tip: Both the leaves and the blossoms are edible.
