I read somewhere that cooking using charcoal is not advisable because of its carcinogenic effect. I wonder if this is true? But nevertheless, your advocacy to be environment-friendly is very much appreciated as am too is one. hampers
The Charred Chipotle Chicken may be considered green if the chicken is purchased locally but charring the chicken is certainly not healthy.
The foil isn't necessary if you have a top rack, just put the corn up higher and cook for a 1/2 hour or so turning once along the way. Also better for you to use olive oil than butter and it won't burn as easily on the grill. You can substitute Montreal Steak spice for beef or chicken for an easy cheat. Happy Q-ing!
I am assuming the walnut almond sugar cherrie ginger amaretto mixture goes into the foil pouch with the peaches?
