Take the guesswork out of going green with the Green Living Guides, featuring more than 800 earth-friendly retailers and service providers in four Canadian cities. Each store or service is listed with a customized description to tell you why it’s a greener choice—from grocery stores to spas, fashion to cosmetics, gear for you and your kids to home essentials.
A listing in this guide must be earned. Businesses must meet certain green criteria and demonstrate an overall commitment to protecting the environment. For example, we consider whether a company is sourcing materials and ingredients sustainably and working toward reducing energy use and waste in its operations.
You’ll be amazed at how many greener options there are in your community—once you have the right guide.
