Now I have to admit that although I adore mushrooms, I am often intimidated by some of the more wild and exotic varieties. Therefore it always sparks my interest when I come across an article which discusses what to do with these strange and wonderful (and edible) fungi. Eat Drink Better, one of my favourite green foodie blogs, has recently published a wonderful little article discussing "5 Ways to Serve Wild and Exotic Mushrooms" and I thought I would share it with you (as from my experience, I am not the only one who gets stumped when faced with a shimeji or nameko mushroom).
