The DeLish Bite

Ok, I thought it was about time to introduce you to my inspiration behind food blogs - and recipes, food writing, photography, trends, etc. etc... For those of you who are not already familiar, Delicious Days, is a wonderful food blog written by co-authors Nicky & Oliver, via Munich, where they reside. Although the content is not necessarily 'green' in all that they chat about, they are obviously 100% foodies which are my kind of people - their recipes, writing and photography showcase an absolute passion for food - and to top that, they obviously have a flair for web design as Delicious Days has been voted as one of the 50 Coolest Websites by Time Magazine. Their current recipe, a semifreddo of burnt almonds, really is the perfect winter (or holiday!) dessert!
