Just in time for hot summer weekends and family get-togethers, here's a delicious ceviche recipe from Michelin-starred Executive Chef Jeremy Bearman of New York City’s Rouge Tomate restaurant.
Chef Bearman and Michelin put together a short demo preparing the ceviche of local fish with tropical fruits and kaffir lime–infused USDA-approved organic sunflower oil. And that makes for another connection between Chef Bearman and Michelin tires: both use sunflower oil! Watch the video and download the recipe.
