Chef Jamie Kennedy shares a tasty treat inspired by the bounty of cherries this season.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp (60 mL) cherry juice concentrate or fresh-squeezed cherry juice.
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) simple syrup
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) vodka
Directions
- Mix ingredients together.
- Pour white sparkling wine into 4 champagne flutes.
- Gently pour in 2 tbsp (30 mL) of tart cherry mixture into each glass.
- Serve.
