Lucky Green Smoothie

Boost your health with this St. Patrick’s Day inspired recipe

This smoothie is lucky because it’s full of green goodness—including spirulina, vitamins, minerals and fibre—but it tastes like a cinnamon bun!

Serves: 1

INGREDIENTS

1 scoop Genuine Health Greens+ O
2 soft medjol dates, pits removed
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop Genuine Health Vanilla Vegan protein powder
1 cup nut/hemp milk of your choice
Filtered water to your desired consistency
1 tsp raw cacao nibs

METHOD

Place all your ingredients excluding the cacao nibs into a blender. Blend for 30-60 seconds. Top with the cacao nibs for a little crunch and extra antioxidant hit. Enjoy!
