Keep feet in tip-to-toe top shape with these eco-friendly, natural products.

Lack of fresh air, too warm socks and winter boots (read: no more flip flops) cause feet to become rough, cracked and painful. Keep feet beach worthy -- you never know when you might be swept away on a tropical getaway -- with these eco-friendly feet treats.

Soothe that sweat
Wooly socks and winter boots are no match for Dr. Hauschka's Rosemary Foot Balm. Rosemary oil has a soothing and invigorating effect and the combination of silk and sage combats excessive sweating and absorbs foot odour.

French care
Inspired by the Couvent des Minimes located in the alps of Haute-Provence, France, Le Couvent's soothing foot cream is derived from natural resources and contains both arnica, with decongesting properties and mint, to relieve tired feet. Shea butter and honey extract creates a nourishing and softening foot cream. Its packaging, made form Alga Carta paper, uses seaweed obtained from the cleaning of the Venice Lagoon, an alternative to tree-sourced cellulose.

Versatile care
Superbalm Botanical Salvation by Liz Earle Naturally Active Skincare is a pure blend of naturally active ingredients that smooth and soothe away symptoms of dryness, chapping and flaking. Containing pure plant oils avocado, rosehip, neroli, lavender and chamomile. This versatile balm can be used on lips, nails, heels and elbows for an intensive treatment.

Fresh and cool
JR Watkins Peppermint Exfoliating Foot Scrub gets to the bottom of tired, well-traveled feet and exfoliates dead-skin cells and deep-cleans with aloe vera while peppermint oil tingles and stimulates. The peppermint rejuvenating foot cream cools and revives even the most aching toes.

Just what the doctor ordered
This winter season, treat your feet to the Arbonne Pampermint Foot Work, Foot Scrub and Pampermint Sole Mate Foot Cream. Developed more than 25 years ago by a group of bio-chemists, biologists and herbalists, these products are created based on natural, botanical principles. The foot scrub and cream pamper, protect and soothe feet while softening skin.

Don't forget the feet
Kiss My Face Organic Peppermint Foot Scrub exfoliates and polishes dry, chapped feet with natural pumice and exfoliating walnut. Use together with Kiss My Face Foot Crème for soft, healthy, touchable feet.

Favourite relief
Treat your feet to Aveda's soothing Foot Relief Cream. Blended with active herbs, exfoliating fruit acids and plant oils such as jojoba and castor, even the most stressed feet are smoothed, cooled and moisture-charged. Aveda's Foot Relief invigorates sore feet and legs, softens and smoothes calluses and dry skin and uses lavender and rosemary oils to deodorize.

Rock solid
Tame tootsie troubles with the Callus Stone from Tweezerman. The Callus Stone, made of 100 per cent earth-friendly recycled crystalline material, also offers two different surfaces to diminish calluses and soften skin. The callus stone features a hanging rope for easy storage.

To finish
Zoya nail polish has 240 colours, all free of toluene, formaldehyde and DBP (dibutyl phthalate) -- chemicals not good for any part of your body. Designer Zoya Reyzis created the line when she was pregnant and looking for a healthier, safer alternative to regular nail polish.
